He did an internship at the Spinal Injury Foundation which yielded a wealth of knowledge. Jim has been workin full time in the field since graduation. Jim experienced the benefits of massage first hand during years of rehabilitation following a catastrophic accident. Bodywork has become a true calling for Jim. He understands the body was designed to be addressed and healed through therapeutic touch. Jim is extremely intuitive to client’s needs and excels in spinal rehabilitative work, including D.T., N.MT., and M.F.R.
She has been active in massage for over 16 years. Cat is also an Equine Massage Therapist since 2001. She has learned from the horses the importance of having awareness with both body and energy. Her versatile techniques match the needs of each client. She works specific and targeted areas of the body and utilizes modalities such as deep tissue and myofascial release. Cat believes in the breath to help enhance relaxation of each individual.
Michael is a graduate of Boulder College of Massage Therapy where he specialized in a variety of massage techniques consisting of Myofascial Release, Sports/Orthopedic, Neuromuscular, and Trigger Point Therapy. As a professional, Michael has successfully completed advanced training in Orthopedic massage techniques for the treatment of rotator cuff and cervical spine injuries. He has completed over 150 volunteer hours in Massage Therapy. As a Colorado native, Michael takes full advantage of the Rocky Mountains. He enjoys rock climbing, hiking, camping, snowboarding and exploring all that Colorado has to offer. Michael also spends as much time as he can with family, especially his cousins and four year-old nephew. Michael was born and raised in Lafayette, CO where he attended Centaurus High School. While at Centaurus he participated in basketball, soccer, track, and volleyball.
She has had the opportunity to work in a Chiropractic office for five years providing specific treatment to clients after receiving a chiropractic adjustment. She is passionate about massage therapy and the powerful way physical touch can connect the body,mind,and spirit. Her touch ranges from relaxataion to firm, releasing tension using deep tissue massage and sports techniques, trigger point therapy and Swedish massage. She prides herself in providing a great massage session and in assessing each client’s needs. Everyone is unique therefore each treatment is a specific session and plan for you. Her hope is that each client leaves feeling renewed. Massage therapy not only helps reduce stress but can naturally boost the immune systems function. After graduation she went to Colorado School of Healing Arts to study Oncology Massage. In addition she has recieved a wide varriety of training in energy therapy and intuitive emotional release. Alejandra is comfortable working in a high volume spa working on a very diverse clientele ranging from active athletes to active aging clients. Her expertise rests in chronic injuries such as neck and shoulders along with plantar fasciatis. This requires incorporating various styles and techniques along with relaxing the body as a whole. She understands the healing comes from the body, mind, and spirit. Welcome!
Through Andrew’s education and experience working with Doctors and Physical Therapists, he has gained a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology. He enjoys applying that understanding in his massage work. Andrew loves leading an active lifestyle by mountain biking, snowboarding, and trail running and wants to help others be able to live their best life.
