Christine graduated from Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2011.

Her style ranges from a sports-like feel to relaxing massage. Versatile in her techniques to match the needs of guests. She prefers specific, targeted, Deep Tissue work with a goal-oriented approach. Christine uses Trigger Point Therapy and tailors the massage to the request of each client, not what she feels they should be getting. She also coaches the guest through breathing, Resistance stretching, and pain management. She enjoys working on the back, neck, and feet. Effective at treating headaches. Christine believes that receiving massage therapy is imperative to your health, healing and well-being.

Alaina graduated from Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2015.

Her massage style varies between relaxation and Deep Tissue. She is a goal oriented therapist and modifies each session based on client need. Alaina enjoys working on specific problem areas to relieve any chronic pain a person is experiencing. She may use Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, or Myofascial Release. She excels in the low back area, legs and shoulder injuries. Alaina listens to each client’s need and focuses on the areas of importance. She believes in the benefits of massage and is eager to share it with as many people as possible!

Jim graduated with honors from Heritage College in Denver in 2005 with an Associates Degree in Medical and Therapeutic Massage.

He did an internship at the Spinal Injury Foundation which yielded a wealth of knowledge. Jim has been workin full time in the field since graduation. Jim experienced the benefits of massage first hand during years of rehabilitation following a catastrophic accident. Bodywork has become a true calling for Jim. He understands the body was designed to be addressed and healed through therapeutic touch. Jim is extremely intuitive to client’s needs and excels in spinal rehabilitative work, including D.T., N.MT., and M.F.R.

Cat graduated from Heritage College with an Associate’s Degree in Therapeutic Massage.

She has been active in massage for over 16 years. Cat is also an Equine Massage Therapist since 2001. She has learned from the horses the importance of having awareness with both body and energy. Her versatile techniques match the needs of each client. She works specific and targeted areas of the body and utilizes modalities such as deep tissue and myofascial release. Cat believes in the breath to help enhance relaxation of each individual.

Jennifer joins our Green Leaf family after graduating from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2016.

She found her passion for bodywork and massage therapy after her own journey of healing from an injury. After trying what was recommended by her doctor, chiropractic work, medication, and physical therapy for 10+ years, with no relief, Jennifer finally experienced relief with consistent massage therapy treatments for her back and whole body.  She is skilled in fixing what is sore, hurt, or injured by using gentle effective work with Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy,  Myofacial Release, and utilizing Swedish Massage for relaxation!

Debbie is a licensed massage therapist since 2002.

She is a graduate of Western Institute of Neuromuscular Therapy in California. Debbie enjoys being a catalyst for change using a blend of swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. She believes that therapist and client must work as partners to facilitate healing, and to achieve the client goals. Whether you are an office athlete or a sports athlete, Debbie will utilized her skills and techniques to accommodate your needs.

Michelle is an honors graduate of Heritage College 2012, and received an Associates degree in Occupational Services in Massage Therapy.

She is a professional member with AMTA since 2011. Michelle has practiced body work in spa settings and in Chiropractic offices both in Colorado and in Florida. She has had opportunities to utilize massage internationally as well. In combination with her healing gifts, love, plus trained skills, Michelle is able to give a very unique, intuitive, and restorative bodywork session to clients that will lift up body, soul, and spirit. Her favorite niche is Neromuscular therapy, Hot stone, and Essential oils. Michelle loves Chinese cupping therapy as well. She is certified in other modalities such as, Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Pre Natal, Myofascial release, and energy. The most important goal is to find out the client;s goals and bless then with relaxation and healing. Every massage is unique. Michelle’s favorites remains her kids and grandkids!

Sage went to A New Beginning School of Massage in 2011.

She came from a lifetime of massage experience working with LMTs in the family. Sage studied modalities such as Acupressure, Trigger Point Therapy, Oncology, and Tai massage out of school. She excels in Deep Tissue and Corrective Therapy. Sage works to ensure every massage meets the clients needs through active communication. It is her goal to create a positive healing experience!
